I'm just curious as to what styles women are into right now. I want a flower setting with a carat center. So, basically I'll be getting a right hand ring but it's def my style. What does yours look like?

but if my fiance did purchase me a new ring, I would probably go for something small...a titanium band with an amethyst or opal stone (I like purple and opal is my birthstone)...or maybe both, like have the opal in the middle and the amethyst as side stones.





I don't really care for diamonds, personally. I like color :)





After we got engaged, I saw these wood rings, and they were just amazing pieces of art! I wouldn't have minded a thin wood band as an engagement ring. We're having wooden wedding rings though!!!

Reply:I have an antique ring because I liked the style. If I had to get another ring then I would want an oval or round tanzanite because that is my favorite stone. However, I have heard that tanzanite isn't a very hard stone, so it isn't always a good option for everyday wear.

It's 18k white gold with a 1/2 carat round diamond. It is cut in such a beautiful way, and it shimmers in the light. My fiance proposed 2 months ago, and I still stare at my ring and watch it shimmer every day!





The diamond is nearly colorless, though it does have a very slight pink tint to it in some areas; but that just makes me love it even more because it's unique! My sister said it made her think of a Disney princess engagement ring, which is fantastic because I love the Disney princesses.

Reply:Mine is 14K yellow gold, .65ct, VVS1 clarity, F color (colorless) ideal cut, round stone set in a 6 prong setting. I'm thinking of getting the setting changed though. I've decided I like the higher setting and I love the setting my Mom's diamond is in. It's on my right hand and I would really like the settings to match. So, I'm going to have that done this spring I think.
Reply:My ring is the classic tiffany setting. Its my dream ring and its very me..... Though we had it made rather than buying it from Tiffany's. Much cheaper for exactly the same ring inc quality of diamond.

Here is my current fave.. although I keep changing my mind on thE setting. We have picked out a 2ct radiant diamond that is STUNNING. I cannot wait to pick the setting and wear it. This is what I liked today.
