What to bring the girl rider to a horse show?
A true lover of horses doesn't need anything to go to a show. If you have to buy her , forget it. I can't believe you would consider bribing someone like that. Try saying , I'm proud of you if she shows and help her with the work of prep at the show. I would be happy just to have someone at my side to watch me perform. If she wins that should be the special gift.

I guess I really don't get your question ,,,or how you ask it sense wise.

Flowers? I think the industry is getting too commercial and the pleasure horses spirit has become sluggish.

This is just my opinion and hope the best for you. Whatever your aiming for.

If all else fails and you feel the need to bring something try a gift certificate from a Western Store or better yet,,,a Silver Mesa Saddle would win her heart. That may set you back several grand though.
Reply:It depends how big the show and how often she shows. If she shows every weekend that could get expensive with lots of gifts. I am sure she would appreciate a flower and a good luck kiss. Sometimes just showing up means the world to someone, material things cannot replace you being there and giving you time of day for her. Trust me that means more then anything, just having someone special routing for you up in the stands.
Reply:Well I think just turning up and helping is the best thing. I have never got presents--only the Rossett after! I think the best thing to buy would be entry into the show, as if you enter lots of classes it can get pricey, so buying entry into a few classes would make me happy, as I could enter even more classes. But i suppose flowers would b good-- but there is no use in them except to look nice.
Reply:Well... I show alot! And my dad and friends, and boyfriends(ha) bring me flowers and for a present before like regionals(MaClay) a horsecharm necklace!! So a flower, necklace, a little thing that means alot to her. and definately if it is a first horse show[= those are sorta scarey.
